Windows 11 Games crashing in hp omen 16

hi man, i have a Hp omen 16 laptop (i5 13gen, rtx 4050, 16gb ram). I am facing issues in playing games. my games starts right sometimes (sometimes it doesnt even start) but in game my game's textures go unrendered and my game lags and crash. I have sometime noticed that my Opera Gx browser or google chrome also gets crashed (opera's reason- out of memory) please someone help me out
