Windows 11 Games installed through the Xbox app on windows 11 will not launch unless automatic time is on.

Games I have installed with the xbox app will not launch if automatic time is off. If I click on them, nothing happens, but as soon as I turn automatic time on, they work perfectly.Also, the option for daylight savings is permanently greyed out. The whole reason I have automatic time off is because where I live we still use daylight savings time.I am running the newest version of windows 11 in the US pacific time zone.
