Windows 11 Games keep tabbing out to my second monitor when shooting or scrolling

Hi! I have a dual monitor setup. The last couple of days, I have had issues however. Every time I try to shoot etc, my mouse ends up on my second monitor and tabs me out of the game, even though I am in full screen. This never happened to me until these last couple of days. Can someone help me?
