Windows 11 Gaming block policy also blocks notifications settings access

Hello, my organization blocks access to Gaming mode on our Windows 11 corporate owned machines. We have recently discovered that it is likely also blocking user access to Notifications Settings. They can click on the button, but nothing happens.
