Windows 11 Gaming Laptop is running extremely slow and games are practically unplayable out of the blue. No previous issues.

Since yesterday my laptop has been really slow in almost everything. I can't even use my browser without significant lag spikes. All games run at a low FPS when they previously ran consistently at 100-70 FPS. I have no idea why this is happening. I've tried the following:- Closed every background application that has significant memory usage- Done a "Clean Boot" - Checked all my drivers manually- Ran a driver diagnostic- Ran a memory diagnostic - Set the PC to best performance- Set all everything on the NVIDIA Control Panel to the highest setting.- Ran multiple virus scans- Checked my CPU and
