Windows 10 Gaming laptop using GPU 0 - 3D (Nvidia GPU) by default in desktop

Problem description: Laptop uses Nvidia GPU instead of Intel IGPU like usual for all desktop graphics operations, main culprits primarily consist of: Search windows App, Desktop window manager, Client server runtime process, and google chrome when open. also for some reason the windows apps use the gpu for a bit and dont for an other bit so its kind of a mystery to meLaptop decided to ignore Intel GPU out of the blue one day (which is today because it was fine 12 hours ago) and i did a few things to fix it but didn't know what to do after due to lack of documentation on the problem What i did:
