Windows 11 Gaming mode keeps turning on even though it is disabled - This happened after upgrade to windows 11

I keep going into the settings - to confirm that gaming mode is set to off. However it is constantly turning on - and I am not runnning any games at all - ever.It turns on randomly - but quite often when a web page has a video on it.I would really appreciate any suggestions
