Windows 11 General slowness and greater frame drops

Hey,I just bought a new laptop with windows 11 pre-installed. I had never faced this issue but there are a significant frame drops. This doesn't just happen when I game, but happens when I'm casually using my laptop for other purposes. The frame interval is around 10, as I type this thread. Even typing has became a major task. This started after my screen went blank for a few seconds and the display was enlarged. I tried configuring it back to the way it was, but did not find any solution for that either. I have my drivers updated, the windows updates are up-to-date. Does anyone know the solut
