Windows 10 Generic Bluetooth Adapter

While trying to get Bluetooth working on my computer, I have run into the issue of the "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" having a little caution sign appearing right next to it. I have tried every single solution on the internet to no avail, as when I do it, it works briefly and immediately gives me (Code 43) again. This is really frustrating and needs to get resolved.
