Hello,I would like to resolve the issue regarding the game Genshin Impact not updating correctly on my windows 10 laptop.I already reached out to Hoyoverse about the issue but they told me "The error you are receiving is, "KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR". For proper assistance, kindly reach out to the Microsoft Windows Support Team as they will be able to provide you with solutions in this area."The error occurs while the Genshin Impact launcher is doing the "Verify Resources" part. It then gives the error. I have tried to update the game 5 times and it still keeps giving the error.I have already do
