Windows 10 get an 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 error when try to update windows from version 1909 to 22h2.

hii have being try to update windows for the last year but it never completed, so i just continue to posponed until this week that my PC has started to restart automatically every 2 hours. in this week i have try using the media creation tool, update every driver, roll back all drivers, to update in clean boot, and even trying to do a factory restart to the PC.thank in avance for any help.
