Windows 10 Get error "0xc004e016 on a computer running microsoft windows non-core edition" when i want to change the product key.

Hello, I'm trying to activate a Windows 10 21H2 Enterpise LTSC 2019 workstation with a license purchased through the volume licensing center. I have just tested this license on a freshly installed Windows 10 image and it was able to successfully install so the license is good and for LTSC 2019.What I have tried:slmgr /ipk xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx This give the title error : "0xc004e016 on a computer running microsoft windows non-core edition"slui 4Does not work at all, no error, no popup, nothing, the command runs and gives no output.slui 3 and then subsequently enter the license keyGives error:
