Windows 10 "Get this app while signed in to your Microsoft account and install on up to ten Windows devices." even though I am already signed in.

I'm trying to install the new version of Whatsapp on my computer, but it is not letting me install it. When looking at the Installation information, it says: "Get this app while signed in to your Microsoft account and install on up to ten Windows devices." even though I already have been signed in. I've tried signing in and out, signing into different accounts, and even making a new Microsoft account, but nothing seems to be working. Can anyone please help?
