Windows 11 Getting a "Wifi isn't secure" notification every time even tho I connected to a different wifi and Wifi gets slow speed, disconnected a lot.

Hello! Recently, from past 2 days I have come across this issue where I'm not getting my wifi to work at it's peak. The speed of the wifi has gone desperately low... I'm also getting this new notification "<Wifiname> isn't secure" even though I tried connecting to a different wifi I still got the same issues. I have a 40 MBPS network broadband but I am still getting like barely 5 MBPS even though I am sitting fairly close to the router. This doesn't apply to when I'm connected to ethernet as I get good speed when I'm connected to Ethernet. My wifi also gets disconnected a lot of times in
