Windows 10 Getting BSOD due to nvlddmkm.sys

Recently I have been getting constant BSOD's due to a file called nvlddmkm.sys failing, after looking through C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository I've found the file, however there is two of them with one being added on 3/17/23 and the other which was added on 12/2/20. I beleive that these two are conflicting with each other and is why I have been getting these BSOD's very recently though I am afraid of editing them in any was and possibly causing more damage to my PC.
