Windows 10 Getting KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE when I begin installations sometimes

I have a newly built pc and everything works fine except that i've gotten this BSOD twice now, once from installing after effects and another from installing a game on steam. Both times with the same Error code above.
