Windows 11 Getting windows boot manager and installing windows

I completely shifted from windows to ubuntu. I deleted the windows boot manager from the /boot/efi/EFI on ubuntu so that I don't see it on grub boot loader. Now I want to shift back to windows.When I start the installation process, it gives me the error that bcd file is absent.I tried copying the bcd file from the windows bootable drive that I created to the /boot/efi/EFI folder by copying the entire Microsoft folder but no positive response came from it.I don't have an active Windows installation to get a bcd file made from cmd.I request anyone who can help me solve this issue and help me get
