Windows 11 Getting Windows to put everything back exactly where I had it before a multiple screen timeout

I run my computer with Windows 11 and multiple displays. Under “System>Display”, I have the option of “Extend these displays” set. When the system times out, the screens are set to turn off after XX minutes. Also, I have “Remember window locations based on monitor connection” and “Minimize windows when a monitor is disconnected.” set. These two options are for if I undock the machine, Windows will put everything back exactly where you had it before. (I am not undocking in my issue below though.)
