Windows 11 Google Chrome And Newly Pinned Apps Keep Disappearing From My Taskbar Even After I Pin It To Taskbar

Okay So, every time I Pin Chrome To My Taskbar and Then After I Close the Window It Disappears, I Try Repinning It Through The Start Menu And The Search Box But It Doesn't Work, The Problem Also Happens With Newly Pinned Apps, How Do I Fix This Glitch? I Run Windows 11 21H2
