Windows 10 Google Chrome wont open anymore after i clicked on reject cookies

Everything worked perfectly find until i clicked on reject cookies, since then it just loads for a sec and closes instanly i already tried deleting it and reinstalling it but that didnt work now im honestly completly clueless on what to do to fix this problem help a brother out🙏🙏🙏
