Windows 11 Google Chrome won't start after Windows 11 update.

My Google Chrome stopped working after I installed the June 2023 Windows monthly update yesterday. I just get a small circle going around for a few seconds and then it stops. Has anyone else had problems like this.I restarted my computer, did a system restore to the day before the updates, uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome. None of these steps work.
