Windows 11 Got stuck in Auto Repairing mood , how can I get rid of it ?

I had open a pdf on my laptop [Asus Vivobook 15] and I went to drink water When I came back , I found that my pc is restarting automatically and then enter bios mode Then I tap on exit mode Then a blue screen apper show "AUTOMATIC REPAIR " Log file: G:\Recovery \WindowsRE\Winre.wim\Sytem32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTail.txt Tried some method from net but nothing works
