Windows 10 GPU Usage 100% after Windows update 22H2 OS Build 19045.3636

There you go, folks. Same story, old problem. Found similar topics from a few years ago, there was no solution. I have updated my Windows yesterday, today in the evening I open up any game and FPS is cut in half, GPU load is 100%, same settings everywhere.NOTHING has changed except for Windows update. Tried to uninstall the updates, but not all updates are uninstallable, as MS states itself. Drivers are OK. PC restarted several times.
