So when I hover my cursor over text or something else, some things will display a small rectangle telling you what it is. For example, if you hover over the name of a youtube video, after about a second, It will show the full text or title of the video in the small rectangle. This is normal. However, once in a while, (it happens randomly) when I move my cursor away and it disappears, a gray line stays there but disappears if I scroll or refresh. It mostly happens on chrome so I don't know if its my computer or just something with chrome. And its not that bad, just a little annoying and I don't
