Windows 11 GTA V only shows 512 mb VRAM

gta v does not use shared memory, and my vram seems to be 512 mb, but other players can use shared memory, and theirs is 1-2 GB.My PC:Graphic Card : Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600Processor : Intel Celeron N4020RAM : 4096 MB VRAM : 512 MBhttps://youtu.be/NPZ7Vz_fnsY?si=bX2dBKL1qRcAqNQHthis video shows 1959 mb of video memory, but mine shows 512 mbhow can I make this 1959 mb like in the video
