I noticed tonight I was no longer receiving updated guide information in Windows (7) Media Center and learned that you switched providers from zap2it to Rovi. So, I proceeded to rerun the setup so it would find the new guide provider information and start using it. I used a number of zip codes around the area and all of them found and displayed the correct "Idaho Flls-Poctllo OTA Antenna" information I'm looking for, but it is lacking the 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 channels and guide data which are long-time channels that have remained unchanged in a long time. These channels are ABC, Telemundo, CW, and the NOW (local news reruns).
I can easily add the channels so they are watchable, but doing so doesn't do anything to get the guide data, so I can only do timer-based recordings for the shows on those channels. It doesn't help to run the "get latest guide listings" because Rovi apparently doesn't know about the channel.
I believe Rovi is the problem here, but they don't seem to accept feedback or updated information from end-users. I can't seem to find a way to contact them with updated information.
If it is a Rovi problem, can you point me to a web page or support email at Rovi for someone who cares and who can get the necessary changes made?
