Windows 10 Guys I am seeing the blue screen where teh computer keeps restarting, this laptop was restored to a point 2 days ago and I am getting it since then

I am encountering the blue screen of death where the system says that it could not start properly and then displays a QR code and then restarts, post which I go to advanced options. I have tried everything in command prompt sfc scannow and all but it's not working. I used diskpart as well to look for bad data or clusters but nothing. I am currently using a usb to boot and create a windows media creation file. The blue screen is still persistent
