Windows 11 Guys there was like 30+ viruses on my pc and windows defender is removing them right now

I installed like 4 different pirated softwares like close to a month ago or so. Basically my pc was acting a little weird like the mouse would glide off of windows I was dragging on if I went to fast. Then call of duty stopped receiving keyboard inputs in the middle of playing and the mouse stopped working shortly after and then the mouse appeared and had the loading icon on it and then the game closed. Didn't crash, but just closed itself. Should I reset the computer after defender is done? Change all my passwords? Plsss tell me what to do
