Yesterday 3/22/18 while telecommuting I accessed google analytics for my employer on my laptop
a national charity w/ someone in India 912261014512). Later On google drive red screen popped up: trojan virus or malware. Called 18666822344 "Microsoft". they remoted (go assist). Disconnected when realized they wanted $ and it was a scam but it got worse: when I tried to access the real microsoft at 1-800-642-7676 my call was diverted and I again let them re-access thinking I was on with legit Microsoft. I later checked my acct and the Case # was not real/isn't on my account and they turned off windows defender etc and i can't download anything from the windows security options or turn anything back on.
Now I am Unable to access tech support or password reset and Microsoft captcha blocks me as a robot/not human. Both my personal info and the business are compromised and in chaos on a payroll day and I cannot reach Microsoft for help, support or access. How can I reach Microsoft for assistance?
I'm the one who convinced the company to switch from Apple to Microsoft. I tried restoring to Mar 19 but no luck. Every time I call in I'm speaking to someone in INDIA who wants suspicious activity and I cant access via virtual assistance, account reset, or even report since captcha is blocking me.
I need a human Microsoft security tech expert to help. There's no money for anything because the company says this is on me. There's no IT dept. This is a nightmare.
