Windows 11 Hacker created Fake identity

Hi, my google account has been hacked yesterday, the hacker created a Microsoft account from it, i tried to reset the password or to recover the created account but can't do it as they may just put random, i have access to the email though and i change the password and secured it with 2 auth login, but i want to delete the created account, how can i do so, he is using my account to use stolen card to purchase product, thanks
