Windows 10 had pin setup - woke up to bitlocker - now I cannot log into pc no matter what I do - PLEASE help - desperate

please I have a newer pc - now I cannot log in, I think I have 2 ids and it disabled my pin. I have been on call with dell and they said they would have to wipe the pc - THAT WAS THEIR HELP. I will never buy support from them again or another pc
