Windows 11 Halo MCC will not download on PC Xbox app - I've tried everything

I have an HP Pavilion Tg01 Gaming Desktop.I meet all the minimum requirements for the game (Radeon Ryzen 5, XT 6650 GPU)I run windows 11Everything is up to dateI have only one hard drive - brand new - and I just installed a clean install of Windows 11There is literally nothing else installed on the machine other than fully updated windows and Minecraft (I tested if I could download other games - I can)I've tried resetting Xbox app, gaming services, and Microsoft store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everythingI've verified that I'm signed in correctly and on the same account in all placesI *
