Windows 11 Hard Drive Windows Setup Really Slow

Hiya, I've been experimenting on a Toshiba 320GB hard drive for installing OS'es most of the time, and now when I try to install any operating system, it is painfully slow. It takes 5 minutes to pass EACH SCREEN in the Windows setup screen. Copying files and folders to the drive are okay, they work just fine, no corruption. I've tried formatting, wiping, but nothing. Any advice can help!Specs:HP 280 G2 MT8GB DDR4Intel Core i5-6400
