Windows 11 Hard Drives becomes very slow for no apparent reason

I am going to start by saying I tried everything I could find on this online. But basically here is what happens:1. Computer works fine2. I can use the HDD that has issues generally for a while (copy files to and from, etc). Work pretty fast3. Out of the blue during file operations it starts dropping the speed and sometimes stops but most cases settles between 2.4 Kb/s - 20 Kb/s4. Opening file explorer to browse the drive shows working on it for 5 - 10 min before anything showsSo far the only solution I found to get it back to normal is:1. Reboot the PC or2.
