Windows 10 Hardware Error, Windows stopped working correctly

Hello.


I have a new computer, and I've had this continuous freezing problem with buzzing sound. The PC freezes completely randomly, so it's hard to tell what causes it.


I use Win10 Home


Symptoms: Random freezes that have occurred during Gaming, watching Netflix, working with Office, Drawing with Photoshop... During the freeze, sometimes windows still works after extremely slowly, and I opened task manager to see what was going on. Task manager was basically dead, saying CPU usage was at 100%, but every single application was using 0% CPU, so I don't know if anything that my taskmanager said was true or not. Anyway, the only way to resolve the freeze is to do hard boot.


I've been monitoring CPU usage (it hardly ever goes over 50%), and heat stays under 80C under stress.
