Windows 11 Has anyone found a way to get rid of "Let's back up your PC" pop-up?

Microsoft : Please stop the bloatware and BS. We do not need you selling OneDrive storage to business uses using Windows 11 Pro.For all otters: Anyone know how to remove this once and for all? Everything we have tried does not work or at least not permanently and NO ONE of our customers or ourselves use OneDrive, it is not installed and can't be the culprit. Actually, for most of the users we are blocking "on-line experiences" for them to save unknowingly to the OneDrive of their M365 subscription bypassing company policies.
