Windows 10 have just tried to update BIOS for my hp 15s and after the update it restarted and just showing a blank screen with fan contanstly turning off and on.

have just tried to update BIOS for my hp 15s and after the update it restarted and just showing a blank screen with fan contanstly turning off and on. I have tried recovery using windows+b key combination but that isnt working, I am not if this is the correct key combination for this model? Any other ideas please?
