Windows 11 Have new lap top, added spouse as additional user, but how does she access - only my name/photo icon shows

Bought lap top. My spouse and I had two separate accounts/logins on old computer. All of my applications/documents/photos.. etc have been transferred over. Just added spouse account, but how do they access so we can transfer information from the other lap top. Only my name/photo icon shows .
