Windows 10 Have old Microsoft account that Go Daddy set up. I'm no longer with Go Daddy and business closed along with e-mail Need to remove it !

I need Windows 365 Office removed from my computer. IIt was set up by GO Daddy whom I no longer use. Have no active business or business e-mail. We have 365 Office home service through my wife's account.
