Can anyone help?
I've purchased an Upgrade to Windows 10 Prof via Microsoft store but the upgrade fails.
1. Install fails with error code 0xc004f050
2. Where is the new product the key in my account?
3. Currently using Windows 10 Home without any issues, my current activation is via a digital license linked to my account.
4. If its not going to work how do I get a refund?
5. I've logged a call but just hang on the phone for hours.
