Windows 11 Have two HP Windows 11 Pro All in one Computers, but have been unable to share the C drive

I have shared the c drive for everyone, on two HP Computers, have enabled SMB File Sharing, and all other relevant Shares, Have Given access to everyone under advanced sharing. I can see the shared Drive, from the other Windows 11 Computer but no matter what I do It will not let me see the contents of the c drive, have also tried to share Documents folder, same problem. At a loss as to why I cannot access the shared C Drive. I am running a workgroup network. the error I get indicates I do not have permission, but I have setup all (everyone) permissions, and have Sharing with No password enable
