Windows 11 have windows 10 there are some updates that wont update. windows is trying to upload version 11 stuck on 6%

have windows 10. there are some updates that won't update. Windows says it's installing 11. goes to 6% and it's stuck there. Computer is very slow also. should I do a factory reset and start over? How do ido that on a Dell laptop?
