Windows 10 Having a problem with downloads on my PC with Steam, the problem is coming from the PC.

Hello everyone, I'm coming here because I need help with some problems my computer has been having with downloading large files off Steam. This didn't start happening until about the 23rd of June, where, my PC would begin downloading a game larger than a giga and then it would crash and burn. This error only happens with Steam, as my attempts to download World of WarCraft via the Battle.net client, Minecraft via the Minecraft client and Valorant via the Riot Games Client were all successful, but not to download Doom (2016).
