Windows 10 Having a problem with the latest update for windows 10. I keep getting Error code 0x80131018.

I have tried using CMD to run ChkDsk /scan SFC /ScanNow.I have also tried using CMD to run DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanhealthDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthNothing has worked for me. I have also tried using Recovery but get "Could not find the recovery environment"
