Got a new hp 15 dyxxx (I think thats the model) laptop in december for christmas. I use my laptop for school and playing games like valorant on low settings on the laptop. I have a iris xe graphics intel core i5 11th gen cpu. It was doing this at 1st for the 1st few months and maybe a few weeks ago it has started doing this almost once everyday I'm using it. I don't think it's gaming either because it even does this when I'm doing simple tasks like watching youtube or scrolling on chrome randomly it'll freeze and give me the blue screen of death.
