Windows 10 Having problems installing Windows 10 x64 ISO on my Compaq-Presario-CQ-25

I've uninstalled Windows 10 on my laptop because it was running too slow.Now I want to install it again as a dual boot but after making my USB into a bootable one and doing the install step-to-step but I got into an error and I wasn't able to fix it since. (WARN) An NTFS service is already loaded [INFO] Looking for NTFS EFI loader [FAIL] Could not locate 'efi\boot\bootx64.efi': [14] Not Found Press any key to exit.And I can assure that I have that file on the USB drive.
