Windows 11 Having problems launching games via the Riot games client.

Tried literally everything down to reinstallations. C++ redistributable. Graphics card and Bios updates and clean boots and safe boots, scannows and whatever in CMD. Looked at the events viewer and everytime I redownload and test it. It always defaults to Events 1000 and Events 1001.
