Windows 10 having to click the application to be able to use it

I got a triple monitor setup. Im having to left click the application to be able to use it, Like I can't scroll through discord messages without left clicking the window first. The issue started after I restarted my computer and it hasn't gone back haven't found and guides about it either.CPU: Intel Core I9 9900k GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Super Motherboard: TUF Gaming Z370+PLUS DIMM 32 GB DDR4 AIO: Corsair H115 Fans: Corsair LL120 SSD Samsung 970 EVO 500gb Case: Corsair Icue 465x RGB
