Hi sir ,Found my HDD is having bad sectors, and the windows 10 OS is very slow and creating problems. and is giving error " The exception unknown error software exception ( 0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFA5F54CF19 " and did the following steps. as suggested by Microsoft representative and the Case Id - 7026243534 Please do the needful.
