Windows 10 HDMI output to TV has stopped working, used to work

I used to plug my Windows 10 laptop into my Sony A80J Google TV via HDMI cable for a long time and everything worked beautifully. But now, a few months later, when I plug my laptop in, I just get a green/red flickering screen of garbage on the TV, which doesn't change. I haven't changed any TV settings. I have tried Win-P to both duplicate and extend my display (like I said, it always used to work).I've tried different HDMI cables (including the one that always worked), but none of them work. I've tried USB-C on the laptop to HDMI on the TV, but that gives image only, no sound.I can also plug
